How do I add a product to my shelf?

1. Tap the ‘+’ icon in the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Tap ‘add to shelf’

3. Type in the name of the product you are looking for

4. Tap ‘add to shelf’ or the ‘☆’ icon

How do I share my shelf?

1. Tap the ‘+’ icon in the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Tap ‘share shelf’

3. Select someone from your contacts and tap ‘send’

How do I find the cheapest prices?

1. Select any product

2. Under the ‘buy from’ section you will find a list of available retailers

3. Tapping on one of the logos will take you to that retailers website

How do I buy a product?

1. Type in the name of the product you are looking for, or scan the barcode on the physical product

2. Clicking on any of the supplier logo buttons will take you to their website, where you can purchase the product

How do I edit my shelf?

1. Tap the ‘+’ icon in the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Tap on ‘edit shelf’

3. Select the products you want to delete and tap ‘delete’ in the top right corner of your shelf

How do I access my account settings?

1. Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen

2. Tap ‘settings’ at the bottom of the page

3. You can change your privacy and marketing preferences here.

How do I view my notifications?

1. Tap the bell icon in the top right of the screen

2. Product discounts based on the items on your shelf will appear here.

3. Tap the notification to visit the product page or swipe left to delete it.

How do I log out?

1. Tap the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen

2. Tap ‘logout’ at the bottom of the page

How do I delete my account?

1. Tap the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen

2. Tap ‘settings’ at the bottom of the page

3. Tap ‘delete account’

4. Confirm delete

2. Write in the subject line ‘delete account’

3. Let us know the email address associated with your SKIN account, if it’s not the one you are emailing from.

4. You will receive confirmation by email once we have processed your request.

Deleted accounts cannot be reversed and all data will be removed.
